Expanded Access Programs, including Compassionate Use, are potential pathways that allows patients with a serious or immediately life-threatening disease or condition to access an investigational medicine outside of a clinical trial, when no comparable or satisfactory alternative therapy is available and the patient is unable to participate in an ongoing clinical trial.
Currently, our investigational drug supply and resources are focused on conducting clinical trials and generating the safety and efficacy data needed to support the potential approval of STC-1010. We believe enrollment in our ongoing clinical trial is the most effective and appropriate way to evaluate STC-1010, in a controlled setting designed to protect patient safety.
Therefore, at this time, Brenus Pharma is unable to provide investigational medicines via expanded access programs, and we do not currently accept or grant any requests for expanded access to STC-1010 outside of our clinical trial program.
